Product Designer // Phoenix, AZ

I'm a designer who builds. I move between code, strategy, and details to drive better outcomes at the intersection of engineering, product, and design.

Child of the internet, I grew up on AOL, AIM, SmarterChild, and World of Warcraft.

My career accidentally started at age 12, designing and selling forum signature graphics (or GFX as we called it at the time) to gaming communities with a totally legitimate copy of Photoshop CS2.

I've always learned by doing, from graphics to websites to software.

Today I lead design for applied AI at Paradox, where we're building conversational recruiting software that automates the work recruiters don't have time for.

Prototyping is how I build shared understanding. I believe the fastest path to the right solution is to build it, put it in front of people, and iterate like hell.

I'm driven by curiosity, craft, and exploring the edges of what's possible

I also love to hike, game, and root for the New York Knicks.
